Christmas in Walnut
Link partners with the Boys n’ Girls Club each December to provide a breakfast at Harvest Vineyard and a children’s craft workshop and Christmas Store for parents at the Boys n’ Girls Club. The Christmas Store provides parents with financial needs an opportunity to shop and put presents under their tree for their children at a much reduced price. Creating a manner of exchange allows for everyone to participate in the day.
Christmas in Walnut is a joy-filled, annual event that builds community and capacity within the neighborhood, meets a felt need of neighbors during the holiday season, and celebrates the gift of Jesus Christ, the one who meets our deepest needs.
