Your voice can shape your community. Do you live in the Walnut or Church Row? We want to hear from you.

How do you see your neighborhood?

The Overview:

The Flourishing Neighborhood Index (FNI) is a comprehensive engagement and assessment process that provides meaningful data for organizations as they endeavor to develop stronger communities.  The FNI is designed to help organizations better understand the communities they serve as well as build power and engage residents. By surveying geography and learning from residents regularly, the FNI creates a baseline for engaging a community in its development process and measuring progress over time. Used well, the FNI provides community leaders with a tool for fostering change while also providing a pathway to engage policy makers, donors, and residents to create more sustainable, equitable communities.

3 Simple Steps

Assessment

Discover your neighborhood's unique story. Information gathered via surveys provide a deeper understanding of the state of the neighborhood. We gain valuable insights that help us reimagine the just revitalization of the neighborhood.

Alignment

Bring everyone together with a shared vision for your neighborhood. By conducting neighbor-to-neighbor surveys, activating neighbors, cultivating local leaders, and diving into your Index data, you will be able to clearly articulate what your neighborhood wants, what it needs, and its capacities. This is not just data; it is the voice of your neighborhood, ready to guide the collective future.

Activation

Now it is time to build a brighter future for your neighborhood. We develop and implement a long-term plan to address your community's social, structural, and economic needs. All by making sure the work that Link CCD is doing is rooted in place.

We is always better than us and them. With is more transformative than to and for.
